Unless a 14 consecutive day decline in the rate of new COVID-19 cases or access to much more testing and personal protective equipment (PPE) it might be at least another month before businesses start reopening. The U.S. Senate is expected to approve a deal that would add another $310 billion into the Paycheck Protection Program to help small businesses out during this pandemic.
